Republic Services is seeking a Relief Driver-CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide timely waste removal services. The role requires pre- and post-operation inspections, adherence to safety standards, and courteous customer interactions on daily routes.

The position emphasizes compliance with regulations, proper reporting, and maintaining vehicle readiness. Two years of truck driving experience are preferred and a Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior experience driving commercial trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness.
• Safely operate the truck along assigned routes and service customers on schedule.
• Load and unload materials, operate the packer, and dispose at designated facilities.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to maintain service quality.
• Complete required reports and maintain productivity standards.
