Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated CDL B Local Route Driver to join our Operations team in Omaha, NE. You will be responsible for safely operating a CDL vehicle and delivering exceptional customer service on your local route.

The role requires 1–4 years in route transportation, a valid Class A/B CDL, and a clean driving record. Benefits include competitive pay, health and retirement plans, and work-life balance options.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of route transportation experience.
• Must be flexible with overnight projects; 1 overnight project per month.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving, vehicle maintenance, and DOT regulations.
• Proven ability in customer service and verbal communication.
• Valid Class A/B CDL and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company CDL vehicles safely to perform scheduled pickups and deliveries, following DOT and Iron Mountain rules.
• Manage end-to-end route logistics, including loading, transport, and unloading of materials with accurate paperwork.
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and clients to address service needs and uphold Iron Mountain’s brand.
