Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated CDL B or non-CDL Local Route Driver to join our Operations team. You will safely operate a commercial vehicle and deliver exceptional customer service on a local route, helping maintain Iron Mountain's reputation for security and timely service.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am start; location in Lees Summit MO; pay starts at $21-$23 per hour with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of route driving experience.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and DOT regulations.
• Ability to lift/move materials as required.
• Valid CDL or DL and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely for scheduled pickups and deliveries in compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Manage end-to-end route logistics, including loading, transport, and unloading with accurate paperwork.
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and clients to address service needs and uphold Iron Mountain’s customer service standards.
