Job summary

Sysco in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a CDL B Local Delivery Truck Driver to manage daily routes with frequent stops, loading/unloading packages, and delivering to customers per route instructions.

The role requires one year of route delivery experience, a valid CDL-B license, and strong English communication. Duties include pre-trip checks, safe handling of products up to 50–100 lbs, and maintaining good customer relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of route delivery experience or similar driving a straight truck.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License - Class B (Class A preferred).
• Must read/speak English sufficiently to converse with customers and understand road signs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for programs and projects.
• Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product from trailer by hand or with a hand cart to designated storage areas.
• Handle ladders/pallets and load/unload as required in all weather conditions.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures; communicate discrepancies.
