Job summary

Veolia North America is hiring CDL B drivers to characterize, package and document hazardous and pharmaceutical waste at on-site locations. You will travel across retail facilities within the assigned territory, manage waste handling and regulatory compliance, and prepare manifests per regulatory requirements.

The role requires Hazmat endorsement, a valid CDL Class B, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. DOT, drug testing, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to pass DOT physical, drug test, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Characterize, package and document hazardous and pharmaceutical waste.
• Travel between retail facilities within assigned territory.
• Manage hazardous and regulated waste and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Process lab packs and prepare manifests and LDRs per regulations.
• Maintain travel schedule and expenses; ensure on-time transfers.
• Provide training and deliver written/verbal reports to customers and supervisor.
