Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking an experienced CDL B driver to travel across assigned routes, safely packing, transporting and disposing of hazardous and pharmaceutical waste in compliance with all regulations. The role requires ongoing overnight travel with hotel expenses and per diem, and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, documentation, and customer service while maintaining safety and efficiency on every run.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Hazmat endorsement required for transporting waste.
• DOT/DEA background check and drug test required.
• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk many hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL B vehicle to collect and dispose of hazardous waste.
• Travel between customer retail facilities within assigned route.
• Characterize, package, and document hazardous and pharmaceutical waste.
• Prepare manifests and comply with EPA, DOT regulations.
• Maintain route schedule and provide customer training and reports.
