Job summary

American Welding & Gas (AWG) seeks a Class B CDL Delivery Driver in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities include loading and unloading cylinders, delivering gases to customers, and maintaining accurate paperwork. Endorsements in HazMat, Tanker, and Airbrakes are required. A clean driving record and English literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Class B CDL with HazMat, Tanker & Airbrakes endorsements required.
• Clean driving record.
• Read and write English.
• Lift 50–75 pounds frequently; maneuver 100+ pound cylinders.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move and store gas and liquid cylinders and fill delivery tickets completely and accurately.
• Deliver to customers or branches and handle CO2 and cryogenic liquids.
• Read, understand and follow SOPs; comply with DOT/OSHA regulations.
• Prepare and complete paperwork; ensure proper placarding/labels.
• Maintain electronic trip-logs and vehicle cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
