Vertex Energy Inc. is seeking a dedicated Filter Driver to collect and transport used oil filters on a straight truck route. You’ll perform loading/unloading, complete essential logs, and uphold DOT safety standards while delivering excellent customer service at multiple sites.

You will be home nightly and receive competitive pay with benefits, including training and bonus opportunities. The role requires strong safety awareness and the ability to operate forklift if needed.

Formación

• Class B CDL with air brake endorsement is required.
• DOT medical card and physical form required.
• Must be registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Clearinghouse.
• Able to obtain Fork Lift certification as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate company straight trucks for pickup, delivery and transport of used oil filters.
• Load and unload used filters from customer and company locations.
• Complete DOT paperwork and manifests accurately.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance; report defects to supervisor.
• Maintain safe, courteous customer interactions and records.
