Shirley Contracting Company is seeking a skilled commercial driver with a valid Class B CDL and manual transmission. A clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen are required.

You will operate in Virginia/Maryland/DC areas, perform pre/post-trip inspections, keep logs, and maintain vehicles to high standards while supporting safety policies. Positions are full-time, year-round with early start times and potential overtime; benefits include health and retirement

Formación

Must have a Class B CDL.
Manual transmission is required.
Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 7 years.
Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screening.
Background checks for secure facility access may be required.
Willing to perform manual labor to support projects.

Responsabilidades

Safely operate commercial vehicle in traffic, construction sites, and other areas.
Follow DOT rules, regs, and guidelines.
Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain reports.
Maintain mileage logs and work tickets.
Keep assigned vehicles clean and maintained.
Uphold health and safety policies and promote a positive team environment.
Be willing to perform manual labor tasks to support projects.
