Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Bus Driver to support solar construction projects. This field-based role safely transports employees between parking areas and the onsite work location, and provides general labor and site support when not driving.

Candidates must hold a Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and meet DOT safety standards. Outdoor work in all weather, lifting 50+ pounds, and teamwork are essential for success.

• Able to operate a bus in active construction environments.
• Prolonged outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company buses to transport employees between parking and onsite location.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain clean, safe buses and follow safety requirements.
• Assist with general labor and site support when not driving.
• Support with material handling, setup, and site tasks as needed.
