Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Driver – Class B to perform daily deliveries, operate and maintain a pump truck, and handle shipping papers and invoices. The role requires a CDL B with tanker endorsement and a clean driving record, along with ability to lift 60 lbs and perform inspections.

The position emphasizes safe driving, accurate log keeping, and professional customer service. Hiring is contingent on background checks and a physical/drug test, with pay starting at $22/hour and commensurate experience.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Texas Class B CDL with tanker endorsement.
• 21+ years old with valid Texas driver’s license.
• Must pass background check, criminal history check, physical, drug test, and human performance evaluation.
• Clean driving record for previous 3 years.
• Must be able to read/write in English and follow written/oral instructions.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. on a continuous basis.

Responsibilities

• Transport bulk oil and stock via pump truck and deliver to customers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain daily travel logs; record miles and delivery times.
• Load/unload using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
• Keep vehicle interiors/exteriors clean and maintain a professional appearance.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety rules and DOT regulations.
