Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Truck Driver (Bulk Oil) to deliver bulk oils and related products to customers and stores within the assigned territory. You will operate commercial vehicles, communicate delivery updates, and maintain records to ensure timely, accurate service.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, experience with manual transmissions, and strong customer service skills. You will work independently, following safety rules and company procedures to support customers effectively.

Qualifications

CDL Class A license and current health card.
Ability to safely drive and operate manual transmissions.
Strong customer service skills and relationship-building.
Clear communication regarding delivery status and needs.
Ability to work independently and stay productive through shifts.
Understanding of loading, unloading, and transporting bulk oil products.

Responsibilities

Transport and deliver bulk oils, DEF, packaged oil, and occasional parts to customers and store locations.
Follow delivery schedules and accurately record miles traveled.
Proactively communicate delivery updates and delays to customers and management.
Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation.
Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
Develop knowledge of bulk fluid products and applications to support customers.
Follow safety policies and transportation regulations at all times.
