Job summary

Republic Services in Circle Pines, MN is hiring a CDL B Driver for automated sideload residential routes. You will safely operate a collection truck, perform pre- and post-operation inspections, and service customers with courtesy and professionalism.

Adherence to safety standards and timely route completion are essential. Responsibilities include loading waste, operating the packer, and maintaining daily vehicle reports, with participation in the ReSOP program and ongoing safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely drive the CDL B vehicle along the route and service customers.
• Load refuse, operate the packer, and dispose at designated facilities.
• Interact with customers, dispatchers, and team members daily.
• Complete route productivity sheets and VCRs; report issues promptly.
• Maintain adherence to productivity standards and safety policies.
• Participate in the ReSOP program; perform other duties as assigned.
