Job summary

Homans Associates, a subsidiary of Watsco, seeks a reliable CDL B Driver at our Wilmington, MA location to deliver HVAC products to customers. You will load/unload, follow DOT rules, and support warehouse operations with safety and accuracy.

This full-time hourly role pays $25.00/hour and offers benefits including 401(k), vacation/sick time, HSA, EAP, life insurance, and stock purchase opportunities. A high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of commercial driving are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers insulation, equipment, and other HVAC related products
• Loads and unloads truck
• Upholds environmental, health and safety standards
• Works closely with internal and external customers (Store Associates/Sales Managers/Customers)
• Maintain appropriate data and safety standards to comply with DOT regulations
• Works in the warehouse as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description

Location:Wilmington Branch |Schedule:Monday-Friday, 3:30 AM– 12:30 PM |Compensation:$25.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused CDL B Driver to deliver HVAC related products to our customers while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service. As a CDL B Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products, while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.

Job Responsibilities of the CDL B Driver:
