Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a CDL Class B Truck Driver in Springdale, AR for a full-time, home-daily role. You will operate a waste hauling truck on local routes, conduct safety inspections, and report any defects or incidents. The position emphasizes safety, compliance, and reliable daily service.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of verifiable Class B driving experience, and a clean MVR. CDL A/B license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class B driving experience.
• No more than one moving violation on your MVR in the last 3 years.
• CDL Class A or B license required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate around 150 miles of home daily.
• Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Comply with truck driving rules and company policies.
• Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions.
• Report defects, accidents, or violations.
• Carry out other duties as needed.

Reports To: Operations Manager

As a CDL Class B Truck Driver, you operate a waste hauling truck to provide residential trash and recycling pick up. Operating around 150 miles of your home, you lift and carry residential waste and deposit into a compactor. Throughout your day, you are attentive to safety and are sure to report any defects, accidents, or violations. You inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and report preventative maintenance needs to management team. Each day, you are happy to be on the road and not stuck in an office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Safely operate around 150 miles of home
• Complete daily pre and post trip inspections
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods etc.) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Report any and all defects, accidents, or violations
• Carry out other duties as needed or instructed

Shift/Schedule:

• Home Daily
• Monday-Friday
• Additional hours may be needed
• Shift is 10-12 Hours
