Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Driver to deliver equipment safely and on time, with no CDL required. You will log driving activity, assist customers, and help identify equipment needs. Roles emphasize safety and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating heavy trucks, assisting customers, and following DOT guidelines. This position supports the world''s largest equipment rental provider with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid and clean driver's license.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Diligent attention to safety and safe driving procedures.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment.
• Frequent lifting of items up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate heavy construction equipment such as manual transmission semi-trucks and trailers (rolled or dovetail) in line with CDL-B.
• Maintain a driver log.
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies as customers may need.
• Operate boom trucks and cranes per manufacturer specs.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a driver log
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies as customers may need
• Operate boom trucks and cranes in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Other duties as assigned
