Imperial Brady in Kentwood, MI is hiring a Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driver to handle daily stops, unload with pallet jack and lift gate, and deliver to customer locations. The role emphasizes safe driving, timely deliveries, and customer service excellence.

Schedule is Monday–Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, or until the daily work is completed. Must have CDL‑B, pass a DOT medical exam, possess a clean driving record, and lift 50+ pounds as needed.

• Valid CDL‑B license is required and a DOT medical exam must be passable.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL‑B driving and route delivery experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate a pallet jack or hand truck.

• Load and unload cargo using hand pallet jack and lift gate.
• Deliver merchandise to customer locations with professional service.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and report issues to dispatch.
• Inspect vehicle before and after trips and ensure safety.

The Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6:0am to 2:30pm, or until the daily work is completed.

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)


• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate


• Properly track and document the activity log


• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch


• Inspect the truck before and after each trip


• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

You have:

• A valid commercial driver’s license


• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam


• A good driving record


• 1 year of recent CDL B experience


• 1 year of route delivery experience


• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience


• Lift gate experience


• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)


• Strong work ethic
