Dexter Group in Hebron, OH is seeking a CDL Class B Driver for a dedicated local route delivering trailer parts to Dexter branch locations. This position offers steady work with a schedule that gets you home every night.

Early morning start between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., no weekend holiday work, opportunities for overtime, and a safety-focused, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record and current DOT knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience; 26-ft straight truck experience preferred.
• Ability to drive early morning shifts and commute locally.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport trailer parts to Dexter branch locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete required DOT logs and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch about delays, road conditions, or equipment concerns.
• Follow DOT, federal and company safety regulations.
• Drive safely in varying weather and road conditions.

• Hourly pay — no mileage or drop-based pay
• Drive a 26-ft. straight truck
• Deliver trailer parts to customers throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia
• Early morning schedule, with start times typically between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
• Home every night and weekends
• No scheduled holiday work

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport trailer parts and products to Dexter branch locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete required DOT logs and delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, road conditions, or equipment concerns
• Follow all DOT, federal, state, and company safety regulations
• Drive safely and professionally in varying weather and road conditions

What We’re Looking For

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class B CDL
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (manual experience preferred)
• Previous 26th Straight Truck experience required,
• Clean driving record (no DWI/DUI in the last 3 years)
• Knowledge of DOT and truck driving regulations
• Ability to handle long driving days when needed
