Ecowaste Solutions in Beaumont, TX is seeking a CDL Class B Truck Driver to operate a waste hauling truck for residential trash and recycling pickup. You will be on the road daily, perform pre/post trip inspections, and report maintenance needs to the management team.

The position is full-time, on-site with a 10–12 hour shift, Monday–Friday, home daily, and weekly pay. Benefits include life insurance, retirement match up to 5%, PTO, safety incentives, and employee discounts.

Competenze

• Valid CDL and a clean driving record preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class B driving experience preferred.

Reports To: Operations Supervisor and/or Operations Manager

As a CDL Class B Truck Driver, you operate a waste hauling truck to provide residential trash and recycling pick up. Operating around 150 miles of your home, you lift and carry residential waste and deposit into a compactor. Throughout your day, you are attentive to safety and are sure to report any defects, accidents, or violations. You inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and report preventative maintenance needs to management team. Each day, you are happy to be on the road and not stuck in an office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Safely operate around 150 miles of home
• Complete daily pre and post trip inspections
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods etc.) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Report any and all defects, accidents, or violations
• Carry out other duties as needed or instructed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class B driving experience preferred
• No more than one moving violation on your MVR within the last 3 years
• CDL Class A/B
