Job summary

Kowalski Companies is seeking a dependable Class B CDL Driver for full-time delivery of food products. The role is home daily with early start times and no overnight trips, offering a union-like structured environment and daily home time.

Responsibilities include safe driving, order accuracy, and customer service while navigating routes with smartphone apps. Physical work requires lifting up to 65 pounds and occasional weekend shifts may occur.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL.
• Safe and responsible driving history.
• Ability to meet CDL medical qualifications.
• Ability to perform basic math and complete delivery paperwork.
• Ability to operate a smartphone and use route or delivery applications.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class B delivery truck with DOT compliance.
• Deliver food products to customers and complete deliveries on schedule.
• Unload products using hand trucks or similar equipment.
• Stock products at customer locations when needed.
• Verify deliveries and process returns and credits.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized delivery vehicle.
• Provide professional, courteous service at customer sites.
