Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Class B Delivery Driver in Muscle Shoals, AL to handle daily routing and customer deliveries. The role involves unloading with hand tools, pallet jack, and dolly, and providing excellent customer service.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, starting at 6 AM until finish. You will operate a 24’ box truck (GVW 26,000) and maintain transport logs, ensuring safety and reliability for customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL-B.
• Must have a DOT Medical Exam ability.
• Must have a good driving record.
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience.
• 1 year of route delivery experience.
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer-designated locations on a daily route.
• Load and unload cargo using hand, pallet jack, and dolly.
• Properly track and document the activity log.
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip.
• Communicate with customers with a positive attitude.

The Class B Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6 AM to Finish.

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

You have:

• A valid commercial driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Strong work ethic
