Job summary

NuCO2 is the leading national provider of beverage-grade liquid CO2 for the food service and hospitality industry. We seek a CDL-B driver to deliver bulk CO2 liquid and cylinders on a primarily local route with a 4-day work week and a 6:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule, Wednesday through Saturday.

You will load and unload, follow routing information on a handheld device, and maintain logs and delivery records. Hazmat and tanker endorsements, along with a DOT medical card, are required.

Qualifications

• CDL-B required with tanker and hazmat endorsements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid DOT medical card and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 400 pounds and operate hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and unload CO2 and equipment safely.
• Follow routing information via handheld device.
• Complete logs and mileage reports.
• Maintain basic delivery records and assist as needed.

*The schedule for this role is Wednesday through Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.*

NuCO2 is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry.

We have an immediate need for a driver who is responsible for delivering bulk CO2 liquid, hi-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established route.

NuCO2 Driver Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of CO2 and equipment for delivery
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with assigned location management (depot)
• Complete logs and reports as requested
• Maintain basic records of truck mileage, deliveries made, and other business data as needed
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

CDL B Truck Driver Qualifications:

• Must have had CDL for 24 months and have used CDL for 12 months within the last 24 months
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL, with tanker and hazmat endorsements
• Possess a current DOT medical card
• Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 400 pounds
• Must be able to pull and retract a fill hose (up to 100 feet)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
