Job summary

NuCO2 is seeking a Driver in Raleigh, NC to deliver bulk CO2 liquid, high-pressure cylinders, and related products on an established route. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

You will load/unload safely, use a handheld device for routing and logs, and maintain mileage records. Training and uniforms are provided; benefits after 30 days, PTO, 401(k) matching, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A or B CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements.
• Must have 24 months of CDL experience and used CDL in the last 24 months.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a current DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and unload CO2 and equipment safely and accurately.
• Use handheld device for routing information, delivery data, and depot communication.
• Complete logs and reports as requested; maintain truck mileage and delivery records.
• Adhere to safety policies and perform additional duties as assigned.

NuCO2 is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry.

We have an immediate need for a driver who is responsible for delivering bulk CO2 liquid, hi-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established route.

NuCO2 Driver Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of CO2 and equipment for delivery


• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with assigned location management (depot)


• Complete logs and reports as requested


• Maintain basic records of truck mileage, deliveries made, and other business data as needed


• Additional responsibilities as assigned

NuCO2 Driver Qualifications:

• Must have had CDL for 24 months and have used CDL for 12 months within the last 24 months


• Be at least 21 years of age


• Must possess a Class A or B CDL, with tanker and hazmat endorsements


• Possess a current DOT medical card


• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently maneuver 400 pounds


• Must be able to pull and retract a fill hose (up to 100 feet)


• Must be able to read, write and speak English


• Will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
