Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required.
• Tanker Endorsement required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Ability to work outdoors year‑round.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate distributor equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections and safety checks.
• Monitor equipment performance and fluid levels.
• Clean and maintain spray systems and tanks.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Work alongside paving crews to meet project schedules.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
