Job summary

The Shuttle Group in Memphis, TN is hiring CDL and non-CDL bus drivers with passenger experience for multiple shifts. Successful candidates will have a valid passenger endorsement or CDL with passenger endorsement, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass DOT physicals and background checks.

Paid training is provided, and drivers must be at least 25 years old with at least two years of commercial driving and passenger transport experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License Class D with a For-Hire endorsement or Valid CDL with a Passenger endorsement
• Must have a clean driving record
• Pass a DOT Physical and prepaid substance abuse screening
• Successfully complete paid training program
• Applicants must be at least 25 years old
• Previous passenger experience is required
• Subject to random substance abuse screening
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Commercial driving: 2 years (Required)
• Transporting passengers: 2 years (Required)
• Passenger or For-Hire Endorsement (Required)

Responsibilities

• Drivers will be expected to consistently arrive on time with a professional appearance
• Safety is critical and the most important aspect of transporting passengers. Driver must operate vehicles with a safety mindset using defensive driving skills
• Complete training program including road safety, vehicle operations, pre & post trips and other compliance protocols
• Thoroughly document vehicle pre and post trip inspections and report maintenance issues immediately
• Keep the interior of the vehicle clean with a professional appearance
• All other duties or aspects will be covered during training that adheres to company guidelines

3rd shift: 8:45 pm -5:15 am

Driver Requirements

Valid Driver’s License Class D with a For-Hire endorsement or Valid CDL with a Passenger endorsement

Driver Responsibilities
