Responsibilities

  • Safety-Focused Operations: Execute safe and reliable transportation services by following designated routes and schedules while strictly adhering to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company standards.
  • Passenger Care: Provide courteous, professional assistance to passengers, ensuring safe and efficient boarding, comfortable transportation, and timely disembarkation.
  • Vehicle Safety and Maintenance: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, promptly report maintenance or safety concerns, and maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and safety-equipment readiness.
  • Policy and Protocol Compliance: Consistently follow company policies and procedures, including seat-belt enforcement, emergency-response preparedness, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support safe, efficient, and professional operations.
  • Ability to safely assist passengers with disabilities, including supporting the use, securement, and transport of wheelchairs and other mobility aids.

CDL Bus Driver

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced CDL Bus Driver to join our elite team in Knoxville, TN . As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

  • Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone, and in remote locations.
  • Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
