Job summary

Country Visions Cooperative is seeking full-time Class A CDL drivers for its Fond du Lac location. The role involves delivering seeds, fertilizers, and chemicals, with opportunities for training and CDL reimbursement. A clean driving record and map-reading ability are essential.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a fiscally supportive work environment. Work typically Monday–Friday with some weekend hours during peak spring season, and occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred but not required.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain, a Tanker Endorsement and a valid Class A CDL; Country Visions Cooperative offers 100% reimbursement.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Clearly communicate both written and verbal.
• Ability to read maps and follow directions.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seed, dry fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, premixed chemicals or packaged products with a delivery vehicle.
• Tender dry and liquid products to applicators operating field equipment.
• Work independently or in a team to support agronomy operations.
• Handle fertilizer and chemical handling in field settings.
• Maintain safety and care when transporting materials.
