Country Visions Cooperative seeks a full-time Driver – Class A CDL at our Valders, WI location. You will perform on-farm deliveries with self-unloading hydraulic trailers, using the same tractor daily, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

The role involves lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing up to 30 feet, and maintaining a clean driving record. This position offers strong compensation plus benefits and a path within CP Feeds network.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Climbing up to heights of 30 feet.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Clearly communicate both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and repair as necessary.
• Ability to read maps and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers to grow CP Feeds market share and customer service.
• All farm deliveries use self-unloading hydraulic trailers; no drop and hook.
• Driver operates the same tractor and trailer daily with newer equipment.
• Maintain a positive attitude to promote teamwork and a favorable image of CP Feeds.
