Job summary

Three Rivers FS Company in Manchester, IA is seeking an Operations Specialist to assist daily operations at the facility. You will operate sprayers/floaters, trucks, and equipment, manage deliveries, and support the Crop Specialists and Precision Farming Team.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, inventory control, and adherence to DOT standards, with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction. Equal opportunity employer; background checks and drug tests may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a Class A CDL license with endorsements.
• Must be able to have and maintain required pesticide or fertilizer applicator licenses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations at retail supply location and follow maintenance schedule for facility and equipment.
• Inventory and distribute products and deliver to customers as needed.
• Stock and move warehouse materials, load/unload on/off trucks and trailers while maintaining axle weights.
• Assist both full-time and part-time operations personnel.
• Assist Crop Specialists and Precision Farming Team with installs, data, mapping and other customer needs.
• Maintain facility and equipment image and improve efficiency to reduce costs.
• Work with Location Manager on safety and compliance issues.
• Safely operate sprayers, floaters, and trucks to meet company and DOT standards.
• Perform and record daily safety checks of assigned vehicles and equipment.

Education
