Job summary

NEW Cooperative, based in Iowa, seeks a location operations teammate focused on agronomy. You will apply crop protection products, fertilizer, and lime; load/unload products; operate forklift and Kahler system; and assist in maintenance and other duties to support busy seasons.

You must hold a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements, be able to pass a DOT physical every two years, and have a high school diploma or GED. The role offers safety-first culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Must have or obtain a Commercial Applicators License.
• Must pass a DOT physical every 2 years as required by law.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply pre and post emerge crop protection products, fertilizer, and lime.
• Fill and transport NH3 equipment and assist in loading/unloading.
• Operate forklift/loader and move seed, chemical, fertilizer, etc.
