Job summary

PGT Trucking, Inc. in Trenton, NJ is seeking a full-time Yard Supervisor to support drivers and fleet operations at our Trenton facility.

Ideal candidates will be former professional truck drivers with CDL-A and forklift certification, able to lift 50–100 lbs, and knowledgeable about safe loading of flatbed trailers. Valid DOT knowledge preferred; background check and clean drug test required.

Qualifications

• Former professional truck driver with CDL-A and forklift certification required.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and pass drug test and background check.
• Knowledge of safe and secure loading of flatbed trailers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; self-starter with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support drivers, fleet operations, safety, maintenance and risk departments.
• Perform duties as directed by operations management to meet customer requirements.
