Job summary

Carrier is seeking a reliable Truck Driver (CDL-A) to transport materials and merchandise locally in Indiana. Under supervision, you will drive passenger vans, semi-trailer trucks, and light industrial vehicles, loading and unloading materials, and performing routine operational checks to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include moving trailers, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate delivery records, while following all safety rules and DOT regulations to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year CDL-A driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A and DOT card required.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• MVR must meet company insurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely move trailers between docks, parking spots, and staging areas.
• Load and unload trucks using available material handling equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks for safe operation.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of fluid levels, tires, lights, and signals.
• Update yard management systems and log trailer numbers for tracking.
• Follow site safety rules and report environmental concerns.
