Job summary

FirstFleet, Inc. in Saltillo, MS is seeking a CDL A spotter. Starting pay is $22 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. Responsibilities include moving trailers on/off docks, maintaining Hours of Service, providing customer support, and performing pre/post trip inspections. Daily home time and a benefits package are offered.

The role focuses on yard maintenance, equipment upkeep, and consistent daily shifts from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• CDL A license is required for this role.
• Spotter experience is preferred and valuable.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers on/off docks.
• Maintain Hours of Service compliance.
• Provide customer support when needed.
• Maintain FirstFleet equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Keep the yard organized and clean.
