Job summary

URBN is seeking a Yard Jockey in Levittown, PA to move and position trailers, operate yard equipment, and maintain cleanliness and order in the yard. The role emphasizes safety, timely communication, and the ability to work independently in a physical, fast-paced environment.

The position requires a Class A CDL, a current DOT physical, and at least 1 year of yard tractor-trailer experience, with overtime as needed. Training and cross-training opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Current DOT physical.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating a tractor-trailer in a yard.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Move empty trailers to doors and position loaded trailers as directed.
• Safely maneuver tractor-trailer in a compact yard area.
• Enter and exit yard tractor safely multiple times per shift.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain yard and trailer inventory and seals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Complete assignments within the scheduled time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
