Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Yard Driver in Albuquerque, NM. The role moves tractor trailers to and from loading docks, parks loaded or empty trailers, and ensures safe, DOT-compliant operations.

Shift is Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Candidates must have a CDL-A, at least 6 months of CMV driving experience, a clean MVR, and pass drug testing and background checks.

Qualifications

• 6+ months CMV driving experience.
• CDL-A required.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Able to hand-lift and maneuver luggage up to 60–90 lbs.
• Internal candidates may be promoted with good performance.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections and moves trailers safely following all DOT regulations and company safe-driving policies.
• Fuels, moves, and parks tractors and trailers to the docks.
• Transports tractor trailers to offsite maintenance and/or inspection facilities; requires local city driving.
• Secures trucks, trailers, and equipment always. Completes all required documentation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
