Penske Logistics in Connecticut is seeking a CDL Class A Yard Truck Driver for immediate full-time placement. You will drive late-model Penske trucks, enjoy home daily with a four-day work week, and strong health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required; applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Compliance with federal/state laws, attendance, and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers in and out of dock as directed by management.
• Couple and uncouple trailers.
• Chock trailers when spotted for loading/unloading and pulling from doors.
• Option to run extra routes on scheduled days off based on needs and route availability.
