Ames Construction, Inc. is seeking a Water Truck Operator to safely operate a water truck on construction sites and public roadways. You will apply water for dust control, perform inspections, and help with general labor when required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Previous water truck operation experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment in construction environments.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a water truck on construction sites and public roadways.
• Apply water for dust control and soil compaction as directed by supervisors.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Monitor water levels and refill the truck as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate vehicle inspection and maintenance records.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and crew members.
• Assist with general labor duties when water truck operation is not required.
• Report equipment issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
