Qualifications

• 1-2 years of CDL driving experience required.
• Tankerman endorsement and valid Class A CDL necessary.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck equipped with water/tack while maintaining equipment levels.
• Conduct daily pre/post trip inspections for vehicle safety.

CDL A Water Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work night shift
• Drive truck equipped with water/tack, maintaining proper levels of all assigned equipment.
• Conduct daily pre/post trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report issues immediately.
• Drive tanker/tack truck to destinations, applying knowledge of driving regulations and local roads.
• Maintain a truck log as per regulations and company policy.
• Report traffic or site condition problems promptly and gather information about job site locations.
• Follow guidelines for truck maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or related work experience.
• 1-2 years CDL driving experience with a GVW of 33,000 pounds or more.
• Tankerman endorsement required.
• Meet all DOT physical requirements.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License required.
• Hazmat experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Skilled in loading and unloading fuel and oil from trucks at terminals.
