Job summary

Open Gates Group, based near Kalona, IA, is seeking a Warehouse Associate / CDL Driver for Frytown Distribution. You will operate Class A commercial vehicles and perform hands-on warehouse tasks across OG facilities, ensuring safe, timely product movement with DOT compliance.

Typical shift is Monday–Friday, 11am–7:30pm, with duties spanning loading/unloading, inventory control, and inter-facility transport. Prior CDL-A experience preferred and a strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• 1–2+ years of CDL-A driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box and tractor-trailer (semi) trucks between Open Gates Group facilities.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
