Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Local Delivery Driver in Kent, WA. You will assist with offloading Carpet Pad, move materials using straps, and cover overflow duties for other drivers. When not driving, you’ll work in the warehouse and support logistics operations.

Competitive hourly pay of about $34.72 with benefits and a stable, daytime schedule. Home evenings and weekends, with a professional fleet and Home-time consistency across North America.

Qualifications

• Be at least 23 years old.
• Possess a Class A CDL.
• Have a minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience.
• Have good interpersonal communication and customer-service skills.
• Be able to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the offload of Carpet Pad and move carpet into offload positions.
• Work in the warehouse when not driving.
• Deliver Mohawk products to flooring retail centers, warehouses, distribution centers and job sites.

• Assist with the offload of Carpet Pad. Moving Carpet into offload positions with straps. This position mainly covers overflow & other drivers when off. when not driving you will work in the warehouse. You must be ok with working both.
• $34.72 per hour

• Monday-Friday (7am-3:30pm)

Pay Range: 34.72-34.72 per_hour, General Benefits: *Expected base pay rate for the role will be average pay $34.72 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short- & long-term incentive packages, and other company sponsored benefit programs.
