Job summary

Mohawk Industries is hiring Local Delivery Drivers to service routes in the Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. The role requires a valid CDL (A or B), at least 6 months of driving experience, and strong customer-service skills.

You will maintain a safe, reliable operation with forklifts and pallet jacks, and enjoy consistent daytime hours. Benefits include paid orientation, weekly direct deposit, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A CDL or Class B license.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Mohawk products to flooring retail centers, warehouses, distribution centers and job sites.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks to move heavy products.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct during daily routes.
• Support a flexible schedule and route rotations as needed.

• Route Rotation as Needed When Other Drivers Are Out. Backhaul / External Freight Moves When Required

• Be willing to work a flexible schedule

• Monday-Friday (6:00am-3:00pm)
• $1,250.00-$1500.00 Average Weekly Pay
• Home Daily (Route Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Killeen, Dallas)
