Job summary

Schneider National in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Driver Instructor to coach, mentor and onboard new CDL drivers. You will train in classroom and in-vehicle settings, focusing on safety, hours of service, trip planning and tablet-based workflows.

Skills qualifications

• Previous instructor or training experience preferred.

Driver qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• DOT physical card.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Live within 50 miles of West Memphis, AR.
