Job summary

Schneider National is seeking an Over-the-Road driver to haul freight across the Eastern 37 states from various locations. You will be dispatched in advance to improve planning with extensive travel and company-paid flights when needed.

Compensation includes mileage pay and on-duty hourly pay, plus a $1,000 weekly guarantee during the first 90 days, plus performance pay and sign-on bonuses up to $6,000 (experienced) or $3,000 (inexperienced).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.
• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID or passport.

Responsibilities

• Drive Over-the-Road (OTR) to haul freight across the Eastern 37 states.
• Operate with company-paid flights to and from destinations when applicable.
• Follow dispatches and maximize drive time with minimal downtime.
