Job summary

SpartanNash in Pensacola, FL is hiring a CDL A truck driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned routes, deliver product to customers, and complete required paperwork in compliance with DOT rules.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL, at least one year of CDL A driving experience, ability to pass DOT medical and drug tests, and willingness to work up to 60 hours per week including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 1 year CDL A driving experience.
• Pass DOT physical and drug test.
• Able to work up to 60 hours per week including nights and weekends.
• Ability to read maps and follow route schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive commercial truck with trailer on designated route.
• Assist unloading at delivery locations and obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain DOT logs and delivery documentation.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Coordinate with dispatcher for maintenance and route changes.
• Provide quality customer service at delivery locations.
