Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional dry-van routes. You’ll start with a paid training program lasting 3–5 weeks at $850 per week, then earn $1,600–$1,800 per week after training, paid by direct deposit each Friday.

You’ll drive an assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth with weekly home time, no-touch/drop-and-hook freight. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, life/AD&D, PTO and holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• ELDT completion through FMCSA-approved provider.
• 120+ hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
• Clearinghouse enrollment.
• Ability to meet DOT and company hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with regular weekly home time.
• Mostly no-touch freight with drop-and-hook where possible.
• Maintain assigned 2024/2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor.
• Complete paid orientation and training before first run.
