O'Connell Motor Freight is hiring CDL-A school graduates for regional dry van routes. No professional driving experience is required. Paid training and brand-new trucks set you up for a successful start. After training you’ll run steady regional freight with weekly home time.

You’ll earn an estimated $1,600–$1,800 per week and receive benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• Able to meet DOT and company hiring standards.

O'Connell Motor Freight is hiring CDL-school graduates for regional dry van routes, and no professional driving experience is needed. Once training is done, you run steady regional freight at an expected $1,600-$1,800 a week.
