Job summary

O'Connell Motor Freight is looking for CDL-A School graduates to start on regional dry van routes. The program includes paid training, brand-new trucks, and a pathway to steady regional freight with home time every week.

School graduates will enter a pay-for-performance environment, with weekly earnings in a strong range. Medical, dental and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match, are provided.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license with ELDT completed.
• 120 hours of CDL-school instruction.
• Ability to meet DOT and company hiring standards.
• No prior professional driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training before regional freight duties.
• Operate regional dry-van routes with drop-and-hook loads.
• Return home weekly as part of the schedule.

O'Connell Motor Freight is hiring CDL-school graduates for regional dry van routes, and no professional driving experience is needed. Once training is done, you run steady regional freight at an expected $1,600-$1,800 a week.
