Job summary

O'Connell Motor Freight is seeking CDL-A recent graduates for regional dry van routes. No professional driving experience is required; we provide paid training and brand-new trucks. You will run steady regional freight with home time weekly.

Open to new CDL-A holders with no miles, you’ll start with drop-and-hook loads and ramp up after training. Expected weekly pay is $1,600–$1,800, and benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance plus a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider
• Able to meet DOT and company hiring standards
