Job summary

American Driver seeks CDL A truck drivers for paid entry-level training and stable regional lanes. Earn a W2 package with a clear route and predictable miles, including 12 days on the road followed by 2 days at home.

Vehicle assignments include 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner automatics with APUs. Orientation pay provided; all travel and lodging covered; riders allowed after day one; comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license and minimum 21 years of age.
• 6 months of tractor-trailer experience OR recent accredited CDL graduate.
• Clean MVR, dependable background, and fully DOT compliant.
• Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional lanes with no New York City routes.
• Maintain DOT compliance and a clean MVR.
• Follow a schedule of 12 days on the road, 2 days home.
• Participate in the paid CDL school training program.
