American Driver is seeking entry-level CDL-A truck drivers for a direct path to a stable career. Trainees work with an experienced mentor on real regional routes, earning a guaranteed weekly paycheck during the training phase, with no simulators or classrooms involved.

During 4–6 weeks of paid training you will master hands-on tractor-trailer operations, ELD/HOS compliance, and thorough vehicle inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school training
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Clean driving record and solid safety history
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Complete 4–6 weeks of paid training with an experienced mentor on real regional routes
• Gain hands-on tractor-trailer operations and adherence to ELD/HOS rules
